I am setting up PRI for a customer and was wondering if anyone has an idea which is the best way to handle DNIS? They have about 70 single line stations that they want to have as private DID's and to send out individual CPN to the network. I can see how to set it up for prog *09 but what if I want to route it via prog 71? Will the outbound CPN be presented from prog *09? It's been a while since I've setup Toshiba so forgive me if I'm missing something here.
Thanks

You will have to use prog 71 for routing since prog *69-2 is limited to 32 indexes. And yes, the outbound CPN will be presented using prog *69-2 and *09. The trick is to put the prefix in prog *69-2 and the rest of the CPN in *09. The DID extension number in prog *09 will be appended to the prefix you entered in prog *69-2. Eg. if your CPN is (XYZ)ABC-DEFG then put XYZABCD in *69-2 and EFG in prog *09.

That's what I thought. The manual isn't always that clear. Thanks a BUNCH!
Thanks
