Hello All,
Using the Strata Network eManager V5.20B03a, I get the following error when doing a selective copy from the DKT tab of one station to another station:

VBScript: CIX Console
Strata CTX100 CTX Error: (0x120b01) Facility=0, Severity=0,Command=200,Error Code=18,Data=1
Required reef which is necessary to register newly does not exist.

Any help with this error will be highly appreciated.

BTW I'm doing this selective copy because when I add a new station and I select a template from another station I get the following message 'Can not applied200 Properties to this statiion. Default values applied'.

First of all I wuld upgrade to the latest version of Network eManager V5.20B12C and see if you still get the same error.

Make sure the handset types are the same eg 10 key or 20 key for the phone to are trying to copy from onto.

Thanks, I just downloaded the new version and will upgrade later today.

The handsets are the DKT3210-SD 10 keys, but in the current eManager version, all these stations are set to 20 keys. When I try to change the DKT keystrip button quantity from 20 to 10, I get VBScript: CIX Console, unknown transport failure. I hope that will be fixed with the new eManager version.

BTW, the new stations added with the default DKT profile always rings once before the main greeting menu starts. Does any one knows how to disable that first ring?

On your button map, set each line key to 'no ring'
