Dear All,
We are currently trying to setup a coworker work from her house.
We would like to transfer all her calls from her extension to her home phone number. However, we would like to keep all the voice mails in our office system (Toshiba CTX-100).
For one of our extensions we have a automated function that call mobile phone every time a voice-mail is left on that extension.
I need to enable that same function for the other extension. Someone can provide me some guidance how accomplish that.
Is somehow related to the Message Template Notification?
Other Info: I have access to the CTX-100 console through the E-manager software.
Your help is really appreciated.

You will need admin access to the voice mail system. On the notify tab you can enable a call home template, enter the number, then the user can enable or disable it at their convenience.
