Using a CIX670 or CTX whatever.
With no story involved , i go in Emanger v4
menu wise I click Utilities,
Maintenance,
Cabinet 123,
PDKU card 123

In status of ports View

there a few with the line
Disabled by fault DO

What does that flip does that mean?
My only findings is that DO stands for Diode Outlook, with that im guessing the port will not be able to output or sense what to do on the phones Light diodes but that my best guess.
Anyways these are old cards that have been well used for way over 10 years wouldn't surprise me issues with hardware problems. please any thoughts would be muchly respected. Thank you and have a good day.

DO means the port is disabled because there is no phone plugged in.

No phone plugged in is "NOT Exist"

Completely different
And to top it off when I try to park a phone on a port from first post the ones that say "Disabled by fault DO" it says there is something else on that port. I check and nothing else is on that port, trust me.

Also this is off a fresh reboot of the phone system.
Would reseeded them do the trick then uh?
I'm still questioning what exactly does it mean.

Pat's got it right. The CIX does not see a phone attached to the port. "Not exist" means that the port is not programmed. Give us a little more detail on your problem. Did you just add these cards?

Disabled by Fault DO means the port is programmed but the phone is unplugged.
