Hey all, our Stratagy DK 8 port card has been acting oddly in the last few days. Callers are being intermittently told that the mailboxes are full when they aren't (and there's 88% disk space remaining.) Other users aren't allowed to log in to their mailboxes at times. Is there anything I can do? It's running a scandisk right now. The hard drive on the card has sounded terrible for years, so this isn't completely unexpected.
I do have a spare GVMU 4 port card from a system that was recently removed. What integration settings might I have to change to go from the SMDI that the Stratagy uses to the GVMU card?

You can't swap out the Stratagy DK with a GVMU because it's only works in a CTX28.

Which card would be recommended for our 670?

GVMU is supposed to only work in the CTX28 but it will work in the CIX100 or CIX670
The normal voicemail for the 100 or 670 is the LVMU

OK.. I picked up a refurbished IVP8 R2 from a dealer but it seems to be stuck in an infinite reboot loop. I can watch it boot in HyperTerm right up until the command rstratgy is executed, then it sits there for about four-five minutes then begins the boot procedure over again. Anything I can try before sending it back?

NOT a Toshiba VM expert, but could this be a case of using the wrong integration.
I can't remember the terms, but there are two ways to connect VM to the Toshiba.

send it back as it doesnt matter what type of integration (SMDI or DTMF) it is configured for it shouldn't keep rebooting.

Sorry to keep annoying everyone with questions... With the IVP8 R2, is it normal for it to notify 999 fairly regularly? So far it looks like everytime a message is left anywhere, the NOTIFY time on the port status changes - it's always said 999 though. The DK didn't do this; the notify field was blank and said NEVER.
