I have a incoming AA with a call menu. On my "dial 4" option the call goes to an outside cell phone number. I want to change it to call an inside extension but can not find any instructions on changing the call tree. I want to make sure I can change it back to an outside line later.

Look at the groups and chains tab in mailbox 990 & 991.

Is this something that can be set from programming through the phone or am I going to need to set this up with Admin software on a PC. I don't need to do much programming, I only want to change a dial option on the call menu.

You gotta have the admin software to do this. A work around would be to re-record the main greeting.
If option 4 goes to Sally and Sally's extension number is 13, just say "for Sally dial 13" instead of "for Sally press 4".
