Can anyone tell me where in the eManager interface I can look to find the serial number of the processor on a CTX100 system.

I need it so I can get some additional licenses for the system.

Looked at every screen (I think) but cannot find it.

Help!

The MAC address is listed on the screen as soon as you connect to the CIX. The serial number can be found under Maintenance-->MAC Address. It's also a sticker on the processor itself but you'll have to pull it out to look at it.

phonemeister is right. Also, remember that at any time, you can go to the top right menu and click on Connected Equipment > Connected Equipment Details to bring that screen back up.

You could always look via the handset programming at P909 FB01 this will also display the system MAC address.
