Hi All, I hope someone has a system similar to mine to be able to confirm that a Caller ID Name and Number from an inbound PRI will display in the From field of a UM email.
We have a CIX670 at one of our sites with a full PRI. Inbound caller id name and number is working and displaying on our desk sets but we are having problems getting that information through to UM via our IES voice mail.
If someone leaves me a voice mail from an inside extension, the UM (email) that I receive from the IES has the Name and Extension i.e. "Data Center" <222>
If someone leaves me a voice mail from an outside line via our PRI I only get the number and no name i.e. Phone_5559876543 The same call displays the name and number on my desk set.
Does anyone out there get both name and number? If so, any ideas on how I can fix it?
