I have one ext 206 port 006 with lines 027 and 028 assigned to it. All i need is these co lines to forward to 206 vm when system is in night mode. I have checked program 87 to make sure port 006 has lines 027 and 028 lit. the phone rings when i call the co line but does not forward. If i call the ext internal and press 1 to make ring it does forward after 4 rings.

Do those lines ring on any other extensions? Incoming calls will not forward if they ring more than one phone.

Make sure those two lines are not programmed to ring anywhere else. If programmed to ring on multiple extensions in Prog 87, the lines will not follow the call forward path of X-206.
I see Voyager types faster than myself.

under program 87 i did a range of 000*049 and no other phones were set to ring for those lines. I found a program *87 which actually had a phdn programed in there so i reset it used the fb01 key and then hold.. now the forwarding works in night mode. darn dks!+ Thanks for the fast respose though i will be checking on here more for some help and give help when i can
