I am replacing a malfunctioning PC Server PBX and want to re-use a couple of Dialogic cards from it.

The replacement system is a Toshiba CIX670. I am curious if a Dialogic D41JCT-LS 4-port analog fax server board can be installed into the CIX670 and be used with Copia FaxFacts server software.

In addition, can this dialogic board be used by the Stratagey iES16 XPE

You can't use that in board in the CIX or or IES. The CIX only accepts toshiba circuit boards and the IES is an in-skin Toshiba voicemail circuit board. You maybe be able to use the boards in a pc with fax server software installed. Copia does not list the D41JCT as a supported board.

Another fax solution I am looking at is the Stratagy iES16 XPE 8-port system.

Does the Stratagy iES16 XPE system support DID faxing & Personal Mailboxes? We are using DID inbound/outbound routing by using a block of DID phone numbers from the phone provider, it allows each user on the system to have a personal fax number.

The iES16 XPE does support fax and personal mailboxes and will work for what you are describing.
