I have managed to configure a bunch of Polycom/SpectraLink NetLink 8030 wireless handsets on a CIX 100 as SIP sets (without a gateway or SVP server). They work pretty well but I need to make a few tweaks on the CIX/IES16. I also have to figure out how to configure some of the 8030's soft keys. I will pose the soft key questions to the SpectraLink forum but it is kinda dead and I don't hold out much hope for answers there.
Issue #1 There are timing problems when trying to log into voice mail. There isn't enough wait time between pressing the voice mail button, putting the set to your ear, the "please enter your password" prompt, removing the set from your ear and entering your VM password on the keypad. It kicks you back to the main greeting and by the time you get the handset back to your ear you're left wondering why you are not in VM.
Can anyone tell me where these timers can be set?
Thanks.
