Hello,
I Know it's probably simple, but NO ONE in my office knows how to change a speed dial number. I have the Toshiba DKT2020-SD and the user manual, but can't figure it out, its telling me to dial #66, but nothing happens when I do that. PLEASE HELP!
I need to chnage a speed dial number asap!

more than likely you are on an old system and you need to do the #66 command from port 000 usually extn 200 but this might have been changed.
