yes you can set it to a 3 key handset and program the MW and Flex keys.

The headset port just works so plug in the headset and off you go.

Which key button on emanager controls the flex key on the telephone - when i press the flex key it rings back to my phone so im assuming its a redial feature at the moment. I set the keystrip to 3 button and programmed the top two as one-touch and put the pickup ring #5#7300 but it just redials my phone when pressed.

Which headset are you using? Some of the Plantronics models work best with the Vistbase but they're expensive.

By default the Flex button is set to operate as a Redial button. However, you can reprogram the Flex button to work as a Feature button.

INSTRUCTIONS
The following steps enable you to change how the flex button functions:
1. Press 3+6+9+Hold (simultaneously)
2. Press 0 7
3. Press Msg to toggle On/Off
a) Msg LED On = Feature Button
b) Msg LED Off = Redial Button
4. Press Hold to set the option.
5. Go off-hook, then on-hook to exit the program mode.
You will now be able to use Network eManager to set the number of keys to 3
Station > Assignments > DKT, then assign the new feature key to button three
Station > Assignments > Key

Regards
Carl
