Currently messages left at the common mailbox is copied to extension 109. I would like to change that to extension 106. How would I do this? Using eManager or have to be on one of the phones? Please help. thanks.

You will need to install the VM Manager software to log into the voicemail and then change the "copy to" destination in the common mailbox.

Again Thanks Carl! Where would I find the "copy to" option? I am in eManager but went through all menu options but did not find this particular item. Thanks.

Jayman - appreciate your response - where would I find this software? Do I ask the Toshiba vendor or is that a downloadable item? Please let me know. Thanks.

To my knowledge you need to be an authorized dealer to get the software.

whoever gave you the eManager software should be able to give you the VM manager software as well.
You will need a RJ12 to DB9 cable and a Comm port on a PC/Laptop as well.

Carl
