The DKT 3020-SD phone system I am working with does not have the "Soft Keys" programmed. Is that something I can do?

Admin programming. If your not familiar with soft-key programming, I suggest that you call in someone that can do it. Errant soft-key programming can make your extension unusable...

The phone model does not show which phone system type you are using. usually that model is used with a newer CTX or CIX model, but it could still be plugged into an older Strata DK. Just like the older DKT 2000 series phones could be used on a new CIX system
If it is an older DK model, then per the user guide you can turn on softkeys by pressing Mode 71.
If it is a newer Stata CTX, then I am not aware of anything to turn off softkeys.
If you have a CTX line with voicemail softkeys, that display while you are logged into your voicemail box, there is a bug on some versions taht cause these softkeys to stop woring system wide. In this case there is not anything a user could do to troubleshoot a problem. You would need a Toshiba tech to look at it.
