Customer has a CIX670 and apparently there is a "problem employee" who likes to play around with the #30 Page All access code. I'm trying to find a way to disable one single extension from being able to Page All.
Can't seem to get it to work using Destination Restriction, and I don't see anything in COS to modify this.
Does anyone have any suggestions (other than changing the access code and just not telling this person)?
Thanks!

I think your only option is to change the access code because if there is a way to disable it for just the one station, you know the person will go to a different phone to do his paging.
Sounds like somebody in that company needs to grow some seeds and get this under control, and not leave it to the phone guy to take care of their disciplinary problems.

You can't normally diable dialing feature codes or extensions.
There is a COS that was added for a page disconnect and a timers in Sytsem timers. I don't know what the minimum time set, but you could reduce the timer to the minimum and add that person to a new COS that includes the page disconnect.
But as RRino stated, he could just use another phone. You can change the code, but he eventually may figure it out again. Plus other employees may forget the code (or write it on their phone so this person could read it).
You could change the code and make a page button on all phones except his, and tell the employees that the button is the only way to page now.
Or tell your contact that since the "problem employee" does whatever he wants, that paging is probabaly the least of his problem.

My old boss had a great line when asked about acd users not answering their phone and what could be done about that. He would say "tell them to answer the phone and if they don't, fire them!" It seems applicable here as well...
