I had an awesome prank in mind, but after testing it appears you can't put paging on hold... Who knew?
I even tried calling an extension, then doing a Cnf/Transfer to paging to do a three-way, and then pressing Hold on the first phone.
Also on a serious note - it appears that if you use lowercase characters in extension names, the built-in directory won't be able to find them. Can anyone confirm? Seems like an obvious bug...

You could use an empty line port of an RCOU for the page port and then it could be put on hold.
