CTX 670.
We have two paging groups set up 01 and 02.
01 - Page phones
02 - Page overhead and phones
When I go to the phone and enter Int #3101, the pages do go through the phones only.
If I go to Int #3102, pages go through to both the phones and the overhead, as they should.
Problem:
If I go to the receptionist phone, they have a button labeled PAGE All, and if press the button, pages will only go through the overhead, not the phones. Is there a way for me to set it up so it goes through both the overhead and the phones? If so, how do I do it? They have always used this button to page, but I am not sure if it ever worked properly...
It may be a simple question, but I couldn't figure it out. Let me know if you need more info from me.

Include the external page zone in the All call page group. Or you can make that a one touch button with #3102 programmed on it.
