Question: MP Telecom
Quote Is it possible to setup (within the A.A.) a digit translation to forward a caller from the A.A. to a specified outside number? Example: Call comes into VM A.A. and then gives them options, caller wants to transfer directly to someones cell phone. Can a submenu be setup with various digit translations for outbound transfer?

Quote Yes the menu option in the AA will need to point to another mailbox.
In that mailbox set the DND to OFF, Store messages to NO, in the Extn field put @F-9xxxxxxxxxx-H (xxxxxxxxxx being the phone number and 9 is the line access code).
Then set the chain done to 999.

Make sure there is no call barring on the VM ports and the COS is enabled for tandem CO connection.

I tried the Above but it will only work through an extension and not from an incoming CO line. Prog 15-5 lit
Prog 10-1 (19 and 20) lit

Thanks

That'll work for a CTX/CIX but not for a DK.
Try @F-9-XXXXXXXXXX,,F-F-H instead.
Also, prog 30 LED 12 off and prog 31 LED 9 off. Must also be release 3 or higher on the DK.

If it was built after 1980 don't expect it to work right.

#45 allows you to use your provider to transfer the call, eg. centrex transfer. The OP described a trunk-to-trunk transfer with station drop out.
