Hi, I have a customer requesting Name popping for each company ringing into their IP Woc on their CIX. I have named my DID but remember their are some tweaks required on the Woc. Can anybody tell me what they are?

Windows Operator Console not sure if you guy's call it something different over there. It's essentially a operator console connected via DKT or IP

Hey Chris Have you turned on Class of servive FB43 ?? Havn't used a WOC in a while the other thing to use is answer prompt based on the DDI number in the admin section. Have fun

Will try take a look on the other apparently it is possible but with minor tweaks on the Woc!
