Hello everyone; recently we made some changes to the receptionist's hours, so I had to change the day/night mode schedule. Here's what I've had working for years:

Day1 mode/Work Day: 06:00, Day2 mode/Work Day: 99:99, Night mode/Work Day: 16:30
All days were set as Work Day with all other times set to 99:99.

Recently I changed Sat/Sun to Non-work Days with the schedule:
Day1 mode/Non-work day: 0600, Day 2 mode/Non-work day: 12:00, Night mode/non-work Day: 16:30.

Now the Day/Night service doesn't switch automatically at all; even after I reverted to the original schedule I'd been using for 5 years. Has this happened to anyone else?

Try setting all the times to 99:99, save, and then apply a new schedule.

Thanks for the suggestion but that didn't help, neither did a reboot.

It's changing to wrong modes at times in my schedule. Switching to night mode at 06:00, switching to day1 mode at 16:30, and at some point it changed to Day2. The scheduled times are right in their columns. I might have to go back to manual...

Stupid question...the date and time are correct on the system?

Yes they are! I've even tried resetting them.

I used the get default button and then reset my schedule and it seems to be working now!
