Hello,
I have a customer that is relocating to a new office. We are cabling up his new office and migrating over his existing telephone and network equipment.
The phone systems that we normally work on are Avaya, NEC and Nortel, so I am not familiar with the Toshiba. I normally like to backup the system before I shut it down and dismantle it, but I cannot find any documentation online on how to this.
Can anyone here give me some guidance and maybe some tips if there's anything I need to watch out for when re-installing the system?
Thanks! John JJC Communications

You will need a Smartmedia Card 32mb to 128mb installed onto the CPU and then via eManager go to Maintenance/Backup to perform the backup.
If you don't have access to the eManager software then get someone who is trained to do it for you remotely or locally, there are plenty of techs here who can look after you.
