Hey All,
IVP8 R2 4port was in service for approx 4 years in a 100. It stopped working a few months ago, my client relied totally on it so I just changed it out.
Now I want to get it back in service as a back-up. The top LED flashes very fast between grn/amber. Cannot get into programming nor via phone set. It has been powered down for over 60 days with no change.
When I attempt programming it sez "Unable to get right status while initialize modem." I know it's a hockey puck but they are so dang expensive now.
Any suggestion beyond the obvious. Thanks in advance.

its time for the bin I am afraid as the repair cost is greater than replacement, if you can find somewhere to get it repaired.
