I have a Toshiba DK424 system. I have some DID numbers that will not forward to voice mail. The DID is different from the DN that is assigned to the set.
I have set up a voice mailbox that matches the INT DN and have the sets forward FBN to the voicemail DN.
I would appreciate any help

The DIDs ring ONLY on the individual sets and you have call forwarded the calls to VM with 656 91 and set number and 657 92 and set number and the calls do not forward to VM?

Internally I can dial ext 4417 and I have a mailbox set up for 4417. The name and password have been changed for this extension and the display has CF-BN and the voicemail extension on it. I have set the telephone to forward after 16 seconds which should be 4 rings. Is there something I am missing? The last 4 of the DID do not match the internal 4 digits however I don't think this should be an issue.
Thanks for any help

I will try the 656 91 and 657 92 commands and see if they work.
