Have a customer with a DK40i - I didn't install it but have inherited the customer. They have not had any support for over 8 years.
Issue 1: Customer has two phones that bypass ringing and go directly to intercom.
What programs should I look at on this system to make sure we can make them ring the way the customer wants?
Issue 2: Customer has a 3 watt viking paging amp that I'm not familiar with. It has a pair running to the page port, one pair running to a paging horn, and one pair running to the blocks with a label that reads "activate" or something like that. Has anyone seen this configuration? If so, what code would be dialed to page out on the DK40i system?
Thanks in advance for your kind advice and blows to my ego.

Viking has a great website. Download the PDF of your particular amp. It should help you. Might be power for your horns.
