The Intercom button can be on any of the ten programmable buttons on the right side of the phone. It will be the one programmed as ##XXX (XXX = the port number) in Prog 39 which most techs will program on the very bottom right button.

Button 1 is closest to the Hold button on all dkt model and is usually where the primary DN or intercom button is programmed. But, the intercom or PDN can be located on any of the flex buttons even on a DK.
