I have new customer with a Stratagy DK vmail and was able to reset users mailbox password using the Admin mailbox and DTMF input. But it did not reset to the documented "default" password.
Can I connect to the Stratagy DK voicemail using Procomm Plus and a Terminal Emulation? What would the correct terminal settings and baud rates likely to be? Does it require a "Null" modem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You will need the Stratagy Admin program and make sure you have the correct version to match the software version of the Stratagy.

Try calling a used Toshiba seller, such as the one on the top of the page.
