Dear,
I would like to know how to add Name to phone directory on CTX-100 console. I currently have a few extensions that are not available on our phone direcory.
Please could you provide me with some guidance, how to add users to the phone directory.
We currently use a CTX-100 Toshiba Console. I can connect through the Network eManager Software version 5.20. However, I cannot find anywhere where to enter the information (lastname, firstname) on the Stratagy voicemail, for all the missing extension.
Thank you very much, your help is really appreciated.

If you have a Stratagy MAS, then you can use eManager. Otherwise, you'll need a separate admin program. You can administer the voicemail via a telephone by calling into the Stratagy and logging in as the administrator. You'll need to know the security code to gain access to the administrator box though. Contact your installer for that information and ask them for training and/or the administrator manual.

Thank you for your reply.
By looking the specifications of the Stratagy MAS system, I am pretty sure that is not what we currently use as our voicemail system.
I now that our voicemail system is toshiba. However, I cannot find out what model we currently have.
Do you know what is the name of the software that I should requesting from my dealer?
Thanks in advanced,

All depends on which VM you have , as long as it's not a MAS or a IES, you can use VM Manager

I see now that we currently have a IVP8 Revision 2 Stratagy System. I see only a serial port available on the on the card.
I think I have found the software "Stratagy VM Manager version 1.7" online. However, I do not have the password neither the name to connect to the device.
I call my dealer and they told us they need to reprogram the phones.

I'm not sure what you mean by reprogramming your phones, but your dealer is more familiar with your system than any of us and maybe they mean something else. In any event, it wouldn't be a bad idea to have them come out and help you set up serial connection and train you on how to use the admin software.

Thank you All for your response.
I was unable to connect using the Admin software.
However, I was able to add the extensions to the phone directory by using the 999 admin voicemail using the phone. I was unable to enter the full name but at least by using the first digit it seems to be working.

The directory only uses the first 3 letters of first and last name
