I want to setup something on my bench that I can program to dial into a system and test out the AA. What would be nice would be something that could dial the number and wait for AA then dial in choice to leave a message in a MB. When it leaves a message it would be nice to have it record message number so when playing them back I could tell if it missed any. Something that would take the place of me setting there making test calls. Any thoughts?

I've used init strings on modems to do that in the past Merritt. The old 2400 baud Couriers were the modem of choice for the old phone phreakers and I actually have one of those set up to do a hookflash call hand off to my cell phone in the office. Doing it that way transfers the call to my cell without using any of my trunks after the call is transferred.
Speaking of phone phreakers, if you wanted it to walk through a series of boxes, you could actually use the old DOS ToneLoc program to dial through and test multiple boxes.
Just a thought.
