Our Toshiba Strata DK 424 system was upgraded several months ago so we could use Direct Inward Dial (DID). We also got Strata CIX Network eManager at that time.
One of my extension numbers was not programmed correctly at that time. I finally located how to add DID to extension 237. I cannot determine how to add 237 to our DSS Console. I found the DKT Key Assignment for our DSS Console and extension 237 reads as One Touch. I want to change the key so it reads DS237. How can I change the One Touch to a DS so it will work like the other DSS Consule keys?

Highlight the key and select the "Directory No", then choose DSS key. It should not be a One Touch key.

Thank you. I finally found a video about station buttons that I used to figure out the key assignment. According to the video, I needed to blank and submit the key first before selecting the DSS key.

Can I download a manual for the Network eManager software? It would really help when it comes to questions like the one I just asked.
