Is the 2204cb compatable with a DK RCTU 3 processor? I dont know if the phones are defective or incompatable. The lights/switches on the base do nothing. When i plug in a DKT2000 series phone to the line out, the deskset works fine but the cordless does nothing buy say try to aquire link and then get a no service message.

The answer is yes. The supplier sent me non-matching units. Problem is resolved.
