Ok so we have an ies 32.. all phones have 3 intercom keys. All lines are answered by AA. If I call the AA and dial someones extension that is on the phone, the call does not ring into the second intercom key, it just goes to voicemail.. Internal calls have been tested and ring all the intercom keys like it should. Just when you dial the ext from voice mail and the user is on a call the hunt group falls to work. I have set to "True" disable-busy-hold in Vm Parimeters. I have never had this problem before.

Make sure you have an H after the ext number so that the vm does a blind transfer. Also check the integration patterns and make sure nothing got screwed up there.

Also check to see that you're using CF-NA, not CF-Busy...

yeah this is major headache, i have h after extension and also in the global setting what to dial after dialing extension.. and sys call forward template is set to No Answer. I already called toshiba tech support and he told me to set Diasble-busy-hold to true because before we were getting a message that said" that extension is busy try another ext or stay on line to leave a message" now it just spits the caller into voicemail. It seems to me like the voicemail is not doing a blind trasfer but i have the H ...

when you set the 3 internal keys did you create them using the multiple DN wizard? as this creates a PDN and 2 PhDN keys and puts them into a serial hunt group so the calls will hunt from the PDN to the first PhDN and so on.
The way to test it is just call the extn internally from another phone and then call from another phone and finally a third call from another phone and all 3 calls should be presented to the handset OK and the forth call will be engaged. This is exactly what the voicemail is trying to do.
let us know how you get on.
Regards Carl
