I have a systems with pageing horns hooked up to them. Am i somehow able to program a button that will make the phone ring over them when no one is in the office?

Yes, just program the lines to ring in Prog 78, then program a NT button on a phone in Prog 39.

Thanks for that but i am still missing something when i go and program the button in prog 39 what code do i use. i tried the 439 but nothing happends when i press the button

Does the led light or flash when you depress the NT key? Prog 10-2/03 determines if the NT key has a day 2 mode or not.
439 is the correct code for NT.

OK so something is still missing now. When I transfer to night mode it still does not ring over the speakers and Vm picks up after 1 ring now. In day mode Vm picks up after 8 rings. Why would it still not be ringing over the speakers??

Remove ringing to vmail in prog 87 and check out prog 78-1-3 and light up the trunks.
