Have an older IES32 that you have to put that regedit string in the registry to connect via netmeeting. Now I can't get backup and restore to connect any way to trouble shoot that? Unit works fine netmeeting and stratagy admin can connect no problem

The older models did not have it pre-installed. You would have to install it yourself.

If you can connect via netmeeting why not do your back up and restore the old school way? Quite honestly I usually always do my back up and restores manually. I guess Im just a creature of habit.

Ever since Toshiba made Backup and Restore, I almost never do it the old way.
There has been a couple of old systems that would not let me install it. I think it was complaining about the OS version.
