I have a cix670. There is a system wide timer (CF No Answer Time) that determines how long an extension will ring before transferring to voice mail.
Is there a way to set a different Voice Mail CF timer for an individual extension besides just programing a "Busy No Answer" forward on the phone?

You can do a manual station call forward to voice mail which will allow you to enter a time before it forwards. Refer to the user guide on how to perform that.
