Customer has a 3 x 4 setup. They want line 3 only to ring at Station 12, but I think they would still like all 3 lines to be at all 4 stations. Sta 10, 11, 12, 13.
Also I think Station 12 would have lines 1 and 2 present but no ringing.
Also can an External call transfer be programmed on this switch?

You need to check the ringing DIT assignmenets first for the line to have "no data" destination for day/day2 and night mode.
Then check the line keys on the handsets for the ringing assignments for lines 1-2 to be ringing on Stations 10,11 and 13 and set them to no ring on Station 12, then for line 3 have it set for no ring on 10,11,&13 and set to ring on 12 only.
External call transfer or call forward (Tandem CO) will need to be enabled in the COS.
Also check you Tandem CO timers under System Timers.
