we have a IP trunk on a 670 rls 5.2 This comes in as a PRI to the 670. We use this like a point to point tie line to a another pbx.
I setup networking on the 670 so they can 4 digit dial, I also adjusted LCR so if they dial a DID to the other PBX it strips out the extra digits and sends 4 digits over the IP tie line.
Works good, except..
Fax machines hate it.
I set up all faxes on LCR 2 so they will always use the local PRI's for out bound calls, however some machines have the 4 digit dial set in their speed dial. Network dialing does not have a cls as it were to direct the calls back to the local PRI's
Any ideas?
