Does anyone know what the settings are in the Toshiba CIX40 to work with sip trunks from Voxitas ?
When I try to make a call I get status 407 authenication required (packets with wireshark) and it drops the call.

I dont see Voxitas on the list for certified SIP providers for Toshiba.

In the past, you could only get a SIP trunk license if you were going to connect to a certified SIP trunk provider. This has changed a little bit recently. Last time I talked to Toshiba tech support, they sounded like they were trying to make SIP trunking work more universally. Getting help could prove difficult, especially form the providers that probabaly could help with an Astrisk system but have no clue about Toshiba.


Sometimes a 407 error isn't an error, but a request by the provider for additional athentication. Was that the last message before it dropped?
