I have a customer that just changed from TelePacific to Covad Megapath service and since the cut the customer is only receiving number but no name on the CLID. Covad assures us that they are passing Name and Number to the customer. If you press the Scroll buttom on the phone if still only displays the number information. Has anyone run across this before ???

In my experience, Toshiba CID will show whatever the provider is sending. This was an issue on the older DK's, but I haven't seen the problem on the CTX/CIX.
I know that doesn't help, but you may have to have them come out with their test equipment and prove it to you.
Is this on a PRI or copper trunks?

The problem is that this isn't copper. The circuit is coming from an Adtran Router.
