When I call into voicemail from outside CO and voicemail picks up, I enter my Ext. number and then hang up while i hear MOH, here's what happens: My Ext rings indefinetly and voicemail records 180secs of ringing phone (180 max msg time)
How do I have the call terminated on C.O. hang up?

Try setting the extesnsion to blind transfer by putting an H after the extension number in the voiemail box.

Also check to see that your carrier is sending disconnect. The CIX should have dropped the call as soon as you hung up.

'H' goes in the extension field in VM Manager.

Its common in the UK for the network to "forget" to send the D signal to disconnect a call on an analogue trunk. Prog 308 fb 1 release timer can make a difference you have two choices 95ms or 450 ms change it and retest mate.

That did the trick  And added the caller id info onto the ringing phone as well - Double Score! Thanks for the support!
