:bang: I'm trying to clear this cf-bna 238-238 from my dp5032. I've used 6051 a dozen times and even did #6041 242# 10 to forward calls to another ext. and it lists the two cf-bna on the display. 6051 will clear the 238-242 cf-bna but leaves the 238-238 cf-bna. Any tips to clear out this (all) cf-xxx set at my extention?

Try #6053. If that doesn't work, delete your extension in programming and re-create it.

That did it Thanks phonemeister. I don't see that #6053 in my 10/2010 dp5000 guide. I'll make a note of it! Have a GREAT Labor Day Weekend!
