Hi,

I have a CTX100 with a 4 line extension card installed. There is a total of 5 lines for this system, and the first four are on the single card, and the 5th is on the extension card. I was wondering if there was any way to program it via phone to detect that 5th line? T I've read up that I can do programming via WinAdmin/WinCTX, but I don't have access to those, nor do I know where to obtain those programs. Also, from what I'm told, there is a password to this system and no one says they know anything about it. Any suggestions? Thanks for your time.

Adding one more line may sound like a simple thing, but without the necessary tools and know-how, you won't be able to accomplish the task. In this situation, I suggest hiring a professional. It'll save you a lot of trouble and time.
