Hey guys, first off thanks for any direction you may point me. I own an NEC/Nortel shop and I purchased a Toshiba company but they don't do much on the CIX/CTX but one of the guys do. Well I don't have the software for programming a CTX nnadmin or the emanager. Anyone know where I can get the software or buy it. We are no longer a Toshiba dealer. :toast:

Ottersnose, now we all know about the "trunkers" out there that think they have a company but we know better. I didn't say I paid alot for them smile . They worked on all the older Toshiba's (DK, etc) and Avaya and Nortel Key systems. I have replaced most of the systems with NEC systems now (so it paid off good for me) but I still run across these clients every now and then that have CTX systems, they call me because there is NO ONE ELSE to call. So now I have one of the Toshiba techs out there, and we have the WinAdmin software but we keep getting this message when loading the software on his laptop "Unable to load default homepage on Local Host"
Any Ideas anyone?

Fair enough. You need network Emanger which covers all CTX and CIX systems. Delete anything to do with WinAdmin and do a clean install. Where you get NEM from is probably your main problem as you will need to contact a Tosh dealer but shouldn't be too difficult as your in the business?

Firstly what OS are you running on the PC?
Is it a Home version? if so then it wont install.

Sorry guys for some reason Sundance stop emailing me when I get response's I will check that.
There isn't a Toshiba dealer anywhere around here that is the problem, I have friends that are Mitel, Avaya, Shoretel, you name it but not one Toshiba dealer. Know where I can buy it?
Not Home Business and not Windows 7 as I know it doesn't work on 7 per the manual.
Thanks and I will change my notifications.
