I am using Toshiba CTX system with the Stratagy ES & eManager software.
How do I determine where the night ring is going or who receives calls after hours?
My issue is that certain individuals are receiving calls typically after hours. They don’t receive these types of calls during the day (they are just general inquiries). Because of the volume of calls received – I believe it to be from some source that is activated like a night ring.
We do have a night ring that the receptionist manually activates each night before leaving from her console. However, I am not certain if there is another source and I do not know how to determine if they are arriving from elsewhere?
