strata dk 424 with 3 cabinets
everything was working great prior to the power being off for an hour.
now extension 100 port 008 when say flex button 13 assigned to page #017 was pushed no longer flashes when paging extension 317 however button 14, #088 flashes when paging extension 401. for the most part most of the buttons Don't flash when calling other extensions. "WEIRD"... co lines flash/light up on incoming calls

any thoughts?

Recycle the power on the main dk cabinet and see if that clears the problem.

Cycling the power may be a temp cure the problem. Specially if this system has a T1 or a PRI you need to run RAM check to clear the Errors from the Buffer in the processor. (PROG 00-51 LED 1 and 3 and Hold, PROG 00-61 LED 2 and 4 and Hold. You should run each of these programs at least twice.) WARNING !!! when you run these programs it will reboot the system !

The DK was capable of 'switching' extentions in software. Check PRG 01 to see if the logical port has changed.

You can swap the phones back ... (Turn feature on at Port 000 with #6283) then #627+dest ext.

See if this is the solution - you'll know if you take a look at the actual extentions... and they 'moved'.

Logical Ports are fine - uhm.
cleared ram twice 51 and 61.
went to phone,
the thing is say button 13, #017 extension 317. it opens the line proper, just the LED doesn't flash, however the next one down flashes as expected. None of these extensions are in DND or anything that I know of. could it be a missing setting from when I had to completely re-program the brain. programmed that extension on another phone to call and it flashes as expected. Ack!

Swap phones and test (Phone could have a bad LED)... or Move 100 to a different port and test (Maybe a bad port). Ya never know.
