Hi all,

We have an older Toshiba Strata CTX and use eManager 4.10A34 to manage it. The PC that runs the software has just died and I need to reinstall eManager 4.10A34 (I'm told by my vendor later software does not work with my PBX).. My vendor cannot provide the older software. I am therefore seeking someone who can provide me with the installer for eManager 4.10A34.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks
Colin

AS he said, emanager and Network emanager were made to be backwards ompatable and will connect to older software version of CTX.

But if you have a very old software version, like version 1.X, then I found it could give you some error messages at times. It will still connect and my be fine for what yhou need it to do.

Not any good way to tell what version you are running by looking at it. All older processors can be upgraded to version 3.10.

Log into programming on a phone and look at profram 901-FB01. This will give you the software version

Can you give me the keystrokes to log in to programming perhaps?

Thanks
Colin.

CTK1000 I had already Googled it without success, thus the request to the forum. Your terse response is hardly in the community spirit required to run a successful forum I would say.

If you have eManager 5, just install it and immediately after you connect to the CTX, it will tell you your CTX software version. If it's release 1.X, upgrade to the latest 3.10 for your processor.
