Ok here is the question of the day for you.
CIX670 with IES32
If a call comes in on the main line and is transferred to an ext and while on the phone then someone calls the did it rings 2 times then they are disconnected.
If they receive a call on their DID then receive a second call then they get a busy signal not vm.
What the l did i do wrong???????

Check your system call forward template assigned to the affected stations.

I found out what it was. It was the PRI protocal was set wrong
