I have a very small hotel looking to replace their old system and I wanted to but in a CIX i have in stock. The only requirements are basic VM, Auto Attendant, and wake up calls. I have the first two done but i can not find wake up calls in the system with out using 3rd party system like innphone. any ideas?

The LUCA or Strata Messaging as it's known has a wakeup/alarm feature that you can set via the web controller interface or via the handset.
Otherwise you will have to install Innservice or something similiar to it.

I put my vote in for InnService - https://ultcom.com/?p=138
