Hi guys, i'v installed a IES16XPe on a CIX670, licences are ok, last week, setup all users mailbox, sent voicemessage to email, ok, voicemail answer with pilot # on DIT.
but this morning, hunt group, port # no response. i have access thru Emanager SES menu, but mailbox user indicated :server is not conencted:. any help will be greatefull.

found my problem. system as restarted with old programmation, IES16 was not in the same slot. had to delete VM port, delete slot card, progra in good one, add VM port, SMDI etc... working fine
