I am having trouble setting up ACD agents for a dk414i. When I set the agent id code (1000 and 10001 for two test agents), I am not able to log them in. I receive "log in error" on the lcd screen. I have a phdn on the phone (phdn not present on any other phone) and the pdn on that phone is set as the phdn owner. Agents are 000 and 001. Do the buttons need to appear on the phone in any particular order or place?

Thanks.

correction, please replace "10001" above with "1001" as the second agent id.

The ACD buttons don't have to be in any particular place. Press your phDN button first, then press the ACD login button and log in. Make sure you have completed prog 14-1.

Hmmm...

Program 14-1 has been completed. PhDN button is only present on this phone (ext. 200) and this phone is the owner of the PhDN. I am able to log in as a supervisor for ACD group 01, but I am not able to log in as any agent (no matter what 4 digit code I set various agents to).

Are there any other general requirements before an agent is allowed to log in? I get the same "log in failed" on each phone/agent combination I try. Do I need to do any sort of port configuration for ACD groups/queues? I am able to verify that the agent ID codes are saved: I can see them through the DKi Admin software and via the phone directly when programming. Agents used for testing are "000" and "001".
